...More... Scott A. Bennett received a B.A. in History from the University of Massachusetts in 1973 where he graduated with honors. He received his J.D. at Villanova University School of Law in 1976. He has been an associate with The Beasley Firm since February, 1977. He practices primarily in the specialty of automobile litigation and has secured substantial verdicts in automobile claims and substantial arbitration awards in uninsured and underinsured motorist arbitrations. He has also successfully litigated cases in medical malpractice, products liability, civil rights and premises liability. He is a member of the Pennsylvania bar, and has been admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as well as the United States District Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. For the past five (5) years, he has served as a volunteer for the "Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program," serving indigent clients.
