Scott has represented hundreds of Debtors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases throughout Northern Califiornia, successfully helping them to discharge burdensome debt, keep their homes, and restore their credit. Scott also represents consumers in consumer protection civil litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.
Scott currently serves on the Bench-Bar Liaison Committee for the Northern District of California and has also advised the court on matters relating to chapter 13 bankruptcy.
