Shawn L. Birken is the founder of the Law Offices of Shawn L. Birken, P.A. and practices in the areas of Appellate Practice, Labor and Employment, Intellectual Property, and Commercial Litigation. After graduating from law school in 1999, Mr. Birken held a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable United States District Court Judge William P. Dimitrouleas until August of 2001. During his career Mr. Birken has engaged in employment and civil rights litigation, protection of intellectual property rights and general civil litigation. Mr. Birken was the chair of the intellectual property division at his previous firm from 2005 through 2007.
