He received his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College in 1988. Thereafter, Stanley attended Villanova University School of Law, graduating in 1991. He began his career as a trial attorney for a small firm that focused on complex commercial litigation. Today, his practice largely involves the representation of small- to medium-sized businesses, executives and professional clientele. He has more than 30 years' experience handling jury and bench trials, injunction hearings, and arbitrations. Stanley is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey.
