Stephen Jacobson is the Senior Trial Attorney, at the Manhattan based injury firm Jaroslawicz & Jaros.
Mr. Jacobson has obtained many six and seven figure verdicts and settlements in cases involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, the Labor Law, Jones Act/Maritime Law and medical malpractice in New York State and Federal Court.
Some of his notable results include a verdict for $3,587,000 in Bronx Supreme Court on behalf of a permanently injured laborer; a $2,850,000 verdict in Supreme Court, New York County on behalf of a young physician who sustained non-surgical neck and back injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident; and a $1,500,000 verdict in the Eastern District of New York on behalf of a merchant seaman who sustained injuries as a result of a fall between a moving tug boat and a barge.
Mr. Jacobson is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and admitted to practice in New York State and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
