Steve has been practicing law in Texas since 2017. Steve grew up in the Richmond-Rosenberg area of Texas. After graduating from Texas State University, he joined the United States Marine Corps where he served in the intelligence community. Steve graduated magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law. While in law school, Steve was on the Dean's List for his academic performance every semester he attended. Steve was also involved in mentorship programs and a participant in several of the schools nationally recognized advocacy programs. Before joining Jeff Gilbert Law, Steve worked at Abraham Watkins where he worked on numerous personal injury and wrongful death cases. Steve currently handles both civil and criminal matters as well as appellate litigation for the firm.
