Steven Fingerhut, an employment litigation associate, represents clients who have faced discrimination or harassment in the workplace. Mr. Fingerhut is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York, as well as the State Bar of New York. In addition, he is also a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, the Labor Relations and Employment Law Committees of NYCLA, and the New York Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
Mr. Fingerhut graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey, and went on to attend Albany Law School. While there, he participated in the Domenick L. Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court, and was a contributor to The New York Environmental Lawyer. Throughout law school, Mr. Fingerhut gained experience by interning in the Albany County District Attorney's Office and at both the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and the Albany City Court. In addition, he worked at General Electric as a summer associate and part-time third-year associate.
