Finisher of the 2005 New York Marathon in less than 4 hours; finisher of 8 half-marathons with a personal best of 1 hour, 27 minutes; official finisher of the 2009 Cohutta 100, a 100 mile mountain bike race which is a part of the National Ultra Endurance Series; have hiked in Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Glacier National Park, Pisgah National Forest, and multiple portions of the Florida Trail.
