Tania Pagan's knowledge and experience as civil litigator well compliments her advocacy as an appellate lawyer. She has prosecuted and argued numerous state and federal appeals, including having argued in New York's highest court, the Court of Appeals. Mrs. Pagan's sharp and successful appellate advocacy on behalf of her clients distinguishes her among civil litigators.
Mrs. Pagan graduated from the University at Albany, SUNY and received her B.A. degree in 1985. She then graduated and received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 1989 and was admitted to the New York State Bar, New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division Frist Department in 1990. She is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and has been admitted pro hac vice to the United States District Court for the Districts of Puerto Rico and Hawaii in addition to multiple state courts of New Jersey. Her professional memberships include the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Women's Bar Association of the State of New York and the Women Trial Lawyers Caucus in NYC.
