Thomas Weber is a versatile attorney with experience in petty crime, sex crime defense, and white-collar defense as well as multiple other areas. He attended the University of Utah and obtained a degree in English in 2004 which allows him to write and communicate effectively with prosecutors and judges and he obtained his law degree from the University of Wyoming in 2009 where he studied criminal law, criminal procedure, and constitutional law. As a civil practice attorney, Thomas has defended clients against civil fraud charges and has defended clients in adversarial company splits. As a criminal defense attorney, he has negotiated and obtained positive outcomes for many clients. He is a compassionate, careful professional who values direct contact with clients, honesty and forthrightness, aggressive advocacy, and creativity in tailoring an excellent defense.
