Tom counsels Calfee's closely and publicly-held clients, as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies on general corporate and business matters, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint venture transactions, capital raising, financing transactions and executive compensation matters. Tom specializes in consummating mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in a wide array of industries and in addition provides day-to-day support of the portfolio investments of private equity clients.
In the health care arena, Tom advises health care organizations and early stage growth clients in the life sciences industries.
Tom is on the board of directors of the Cleveland Baseball Federation and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. Tom also serves on multiple committees of the Cleveland Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2003 and earned his B.A. from Miami University in 1999.
