Tim grew up in Walla Walla, and graduated from Walla Walla High School in 1975. He went on to receive a BA in International Relations from Brigham Young University (1990), and his J.D. from Creighton University (1993)... Tim has been practicing law in the Tri-Cities for more than 20 years, helping business and families achieve success, and plan for their futures. His practice focuses on commerical law, business formation and governance, real estate, estate planning, and family law matters. Tim grew up in Walla Walla, and graduated from Walla Walla High School in 1975. He went on to receive a BA in International Relations from Brigham Young University (1990), and his J.D. from Creighton University (1993). After law school, he joined a local law firm, Leavy Schultz Davis and Fearing, and worked there for three years. He then joined Lamb-Weston, a subsidiary of ConAgra Foods. With Lamb-Weston, Tim not only filled the role of associate general counsel, he also ran sales regions in the Northern California, and Toronto, Canada. He also worked in production, negotiated grower contracts, supplier contracts, handled employment issues, dealt with the Perishable Agricultural Commodity Act, and import/export matters. His experience with Lamb-Weston has given Tim insight and experience in running businesses that allows him to help his clients in all aspects of their business in a practical way. Tim returned to private practice in 2005 with Coke Roth. In 2009, Tim struck out on his own as a sole practitioner. In 2013 Tim joing Olsen Daines as "Of Counsel" in addition to maintaining his own private practice. Tim is married to Kim Coleman, his wife of 21 years. They have four terrific kids, Ty, Michael,, Trey and Sydney. Kim is a citizen of New Zealand, so his children enjoy both U.S. and New Zealand citizenship, with Sydney, who was born while they lived in Canada also enjoying Canadian citizenship. When time from work and family activities allows, Tim enjoys golf, basketball, skiing, reading, and working out. You can often spot him riding his bike to his office and even to court.
