Overview
Todd is a member of Barsumian Armiger Injury Lawyers. He started his legal career at a large corporate and insurance firm in Evansville, Indiana where he was a litigation partner often hired to defend claims brought by the injured, including several cases that made it to the Indiana Supreme Court. However, Todd now only represents persons who have been seriously injured or the families of those who have suffered a wrongful death. Since 2000, Todd has also been licensed in Kentucky, where he has handled cases from trial courts up to the Kentucky Supreme Court. Todd has tried multiple jury trials to verdict in state and federal court in Indiana and Kentucky.
In addition to being selected as a Top 100 Attorney in Indiana by the National Trial Lawyers Association, Todd has been AV-Preeminent rated by his peers as recognized by Martindale- Hubbell, which is considered the highest rating of professional excellence.
