Overview
Todd Pechar has been practicing collections law with the firm for over 20 years. Since 2015 Todd has been named Special Counsel to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost for the Medicaid Recovery Program. He is Special Counsel for Fairfield, Pickaway, Hocking and Perry County.In 2018, he became the President and Managing Partner of Stebelton Snider.
Todd graduated from Wittenberg University and received his juris doctorate from Capital University. He is a member of the Ohio Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio.
Todd's law practice emphasizes commercial business collections, real estate law and mechanic’s lien law. His practice includes the areas of collections, real estate, construction, condominium and estate probate law.
Todd is a member of the Fairfield County, Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations. He is a graduate of the Fairfield Leadership Program and past Chairman of the Board of Directors for Fairfield County Junior Achievement. He has served on numerous community boards.
Todd resides in Lancaster with his wife and three children. Todd enjoys spending free time in the great outdoors.
