Vincent is an oft-published author on employment law issues, and in a resource for the public by contributing to a legal blog. He is a member of the Essex County Bar Association (for which he previously served as Young Lawyer Trustee) and the New Jersey State Bar Association, and is a former member of the Sidney Reitman Employment Law Inn of Court.
Vincent graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Applied Science in 1997, and received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000. He is licensed to practice law in the federal and state courts of New Jersey. He has lived in New Jersey for virtually his entire life and serves as a volunteer wish grantor for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
