Wayne H. Taylor is a personable, experienced, down-to-earth attorney, who listens carefully to his clients’ needs and works tirelessly with them toward achievement of their reasonable legal goals. He has adopted two generally applicable rules of life that he overheard his father-in-law share with his sons when we all were much younger: 1) Life is work; and 2) Life is not fair! The first rule can be associated most closely with his estate planning practice, while the second rule corresponds more closely with his probate litigation practice. Although life can be unfair, Wayne views it as his duty as an attorney is to use his legal knowledge and expertise to try and make life a little fairer for his clients.
Wayne H. Taylor was born in El Paso, Texas and has lived in many states and foreign countries. He speaks Spanish fluently—a result of not only several years of language coursework, but also having had the opportunity to live and work in Puerto Rico, Mexico, Bolivia, and Venezuela. Wayne graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Seven years and four children later, Wayne left his job as a branch manager of an import/export company to pursue his dream of becoming a lawyer. He graduated with honors from Valparaiso University School of Law and moved his family to Arizona, where he has lived ever since. Wayne and his lovely wife, Karen, have been married for twenty-eight years and have six children (not counting spouses). Wayne enjoys performing in community musical theater productions.
