Will is one of the three (3) managing partners (along with Andy Welch and John Webb) of Smith, Welch, Webb & White. Since joining the firm as a law clerk in 1998, Mr. White’s practice has been wide and varied. His experience includes:
- Representing property owners and condemning authorities in hundreds of condemnation cases throughout the state
- Representing governmental entities including counties, school boards, cities, and local authorities
- Representing employers in administrative (Workers’ Compensation, EEOC, OCR, etc.) matters and in the Federal Courts
- Representing businesses individuals in various civil litigation matters
Will is located in the McDonough office, lives in Henry County, and is active in the community. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Linda F. White, Senior Vice President for Technology Services for Colliers International. The couple has four children: Anna, Samantha, Will and Ella.
