Overview
B.A. Florida State University 1981. J.D. University of Baltimore 1987. I spent six years in the Army JAG Corps on active duty and another 16 in the reserves. Most of my time on active duty and in the reserves was dealing with military law, as a prosecutor, defense counsel and appellate counsel. For over 20 years my private practice has been in the area of military law. I love what I do. I love helping current and former service members who find themselves in trouble. I practice mainly in the areas of courts-martial defense, courts-martial appeals, discharge upgrades, correction of military records and claims against the military.
