Bill has practiced law in California for over forty-five (45) years providing legal representation in litigation matters in the Superior Courts including in state administrative agency matters. Practice involves numerous jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, and state business and professional licensing actions.
Client representation in civil litigation matters includes Safeway Stores, Inc., The Vons Companies Inc., individual and corporate defendants involving claims of negligence, premises liability, assault and battery, and other causes in the course of numerous jury trials. Client representation in administrative practice principally involves all phases of liquor licensing including complex applications, disciplinary matters, protest hearings and appeals. Former and current clients include Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium, the Barona and Sycuan Indian tribes, and numerous hotel, bar, restaurant, market, municipal and private licensed enterprises.
