Scott Richardson has over 40 years experience representing individuals charged with or being investigated for the commission of criminal offenses. He has handled many high profile cases which have received national attention. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the premier trial lawyers organization in the United States and Canada. Fellowship in the College is limited to one per cent of the lawyers in any individual state, and is offered only to those who have been thoroughly investigated and found to have demonstrated the very highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism and collegiality. In addition, Mr. Richardson has maintained the preeminent AV rating from Martindale Hubbell each year since 1993. He has taught courses in criminal law to students in Lithuania, Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. He served from 2012 to 2017 on the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, which administers the Florida Bar Exam and investigates the character and fitness of all applicants to the Florida Bar. From 2016 to 2017, he served as Chair of the Board.
