NY and NJ, if you need a traffic lawyer Martin Kron is the guy to go to! I have been using martin for over 15 years, i met Martin with a folder containing 48 tickets (in about 16 months) from reckless driving, cell phone use, speeding, driving suspended, red lights, stop signs, and even illegal use of highway ( this was a fun one). you can say all sorts of things about my reckless behavior and its gotten better over the years and i never had a driving while intoxicated offense, however when you hire a lawyer its not how much he charges, or how professional he is, or how he returns your calls, its about how many judges know your lawyer on a personal level and what kind of results the lawyer can deliver. Marin was able to win six (6) out eight (8) tickets against judge Levine in Staten Island, he was able to re-open all 48 of my tickets (i was found guilty due to lack of response) and has a track record of 37 dismissals, 7 reduced to no points non moving violations with just a financial fine and 4 losses where the evidence was so substantiating that no judge would consider throwing it out. Since then Martin has represented my family, friends, acquaintances and coworkers and non of them have ever had a bad experience. so don't hire a lawyer with a Harvard degree, hire a lawyer who went to law school with you judge, or knows the judges kids by name, hire Martin and you wont be dis pointed even if your found guilty. I make this post today because Martin had 2 tickets completely dismissed today and it cost me less then what the maximum fine would have been together.
