Shawn also counsels businesses and individuals in corporate and personal matters to plan and prevent lawsuits in the first place.

Since the early 1990s Shawn has been lead counsel, co-lead counsel, liaison/local counsel in several class action cases, including antitrust, ERISA, securities, contract and employment actions.
