He returned to New York and began doing medical and dental malpractice defense. He leads the firms dental malpractice group. Prominent recent verdicts include Sheppard v Braverman Supreme Court, New York County (defense verdict unnecessary extraction necessitating implant) Pascocello v Wank (defense verdict - negligent extraction resulting in excessive bleeding and neurological injuries).
