Michael D. Gallinar is a practicing attorney for over 30 years, specializing in complex real estate and corporate matters. Mr. Gallinar is the founding partner of the Miami based AV rated law firm of Adams Gallinar, P.A. (the “Firm”). The Firm handles a broad range of real estate and corporate-related matters and represents a wide array of clients, including domestic, international and governmental entities, as well as high net worth individuals. Prior to founding the Firm, Mr. Gallinar was a Partner at Steel Hector and Davis, at the time, one of Florida’s largest and most prestigious law firms.

Mr. Gallinar has handled numerous real estate and corporate transactions, including commercial real estate sales and acquisitions; construction, mezzanine, asset based, preferred equity and permanent financing transactions; loan workouts and modifications; foreclosures; condemnations; corporate, partnership and limited liability company formations (including drafting and negotiating shareholder, operating and partnership agreements); commercial development; and leasing transactions. In addition, Mr. Gallinar is routinely retained by domestic and international law firms to act as special Florida counsel in connection with Florida-based real estate transactions.

Over the course of his extensive career, Mr. Gallinar has developed a reputation for handling and managing sophisticated commercial transactions in a professional, efficient and productive manner.
