As an outgrowth of this practice specialty, the firm is also proficient in handling large real estate acquisitions which include, but are not limited to, negotiations for purchase; construction financing; all areas of construction; tenant negotiations; tenant fit up; permanent financing; management support, conversion and disposition. Our practice includes leading, or participating in, a team approach in obtaining all permits and approvals from local and state boards, commissions and agencies which allow development (and redevelopment) to occur.
