Fees and Billing:
Clients may be billed for legal services on an hourly basis, a contingent fee (usually 1/3 of the amount recovered) basis, or in criminal cases, on a flat fee basis. The fee policies conform to the Michigan Code of Professional Responsibility adopted by the Supreme Court of Michigan.
