Meet Bruce A. Hubbard
Mr. Hubbard received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and earned his Juris Doctor at Harvard Law School. He has spent the past 45 years practicing law in New York and is highly knowledgeable, highly skilled and highly qualified in numerous areas of the law.
He has represented condominiums and cooperatives in his real estate and transactional practice, as well as assisted in the financing and closing of residential and commercial real estate projects. He has successfully settled his clients' disputes with such federal agencies as the EPA, FAA, EEOC, OSHA, NASD and HUD, as well as the IRS.
Mr. Hubbard often organizes and creates new businesses, advising their owners on all matters related to their business plans, investments and financing. He also is skilled at drafting contracts for their employees, stock transactions, equity arrangements and marketing campaigns.

He is the former Chair of the Police Commission in Stamford, Connecticut, a former Trustee of the King & Low-Heywood Thomas School in Stamford, Connecticut; a former Board Chair and Trustee of The Community Service Society of New York, Inc.; a former Executive Committee Member and Member of the Board of Managers of the Episcopal Mission Society of the Diocese of New York; a former Chair of the Education Committee and Trustee of the Chi Psi Fraternity Educational Trust; a former Member of the Board of Directors of the Fund for Modern Courts; and a former Executive Committee Member and Member of the Board of Overseers of the Rutgers University Foundation.
Mr. Hubbard was the founding Chair of the 100 Black Men of Stamford, Inc./Infinite Scholars Annual College Fair; and the founding Chair of the Partnership Community Service Project between 100 Black Men of Stamford, Inc., Union Baptist Church and Jack & Jill of America, Inc. Stamford/Norwalk Chapter, which once annually provides food and a hot meal to clients at three Connecticut shelters.
Mr. Hubbard is admitted to the Bar of the States of Massachusetts and New York, the U. S. District Courts of the Eastern District and Southern District of New York and the U. S. Supreme Court.
