Dee Wampler and Joe Passanise represented my son in a criminal case over the past 2.5 years. I chose them because of their reputation, but I recommend them because of their sincere interest and effort to help my son navigate the legal process and avoid a harsh sentence. As most legal issues are, my son’s was a complicated and difficult case with many possible negative consequences. Our lawyers focused on getting the best possible outcome under the circumstances and they were realistic and honest with us every time we communicated. They didn’t make promises they couldn’t keep. We were pleased with Wampler and Passanise Law Office throughout a long and difficult process. The office staff was always helpful and kind and during COVID they made video conferencing available to us which allowed us to avoid risky settings and saved us a lot of travel time. In the end the outcome of the case was as good as we could have hoped and we are more than satisfied with the services we received.

Joe and his team were able to get my 7 felonies down to 1 very low misdemeanor in one of the most corrupt counties in Missouri, Christian county. He was also able to get evidence the county was trying to hide to cover their BS charges. I don’t recommend living in Christian county, but I do recommend hiring Joe and his partner Dee if you have ANY kind of legal trouble. They are worth every cent. Great communication and very compassionate. Joe also does expungements, he’s the absolute best. Don’t risk your future and waste your money with a “cheaper” attorney. Thinking about hiring him? Be like Nike and just do it.

Mr. Passanise and his staff were professional, encouraging, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout the 2 1/2 year process my case took. Although things took long due to Covid and Mr. Passanise extending court dates, I understood why once I had my day in court. I did all the things he had requested me to do and I know that is why I had a favorable outcome. Mr. Passanise and his staff genuinely care for their clients and strive for positive outcomes for their clients.

Mr Passanise was very helpful and completely capable of handling our case.
