After an extensive career in the construction industry, Mr. Ring began his legal practice with the firm of GOUX ROMASANTA & CAPPELLO, handling general civil litigation, securities litigation, and was responsible for a nationwide client's franchise litigation. He then formed the LAW OFFICES OF MICHAEL P. RING & ASSOCIATES in 1982.
Mr. Ring served as Notes and Comments Editor and Member of the Staff of California Western International Law Journal, 1978-1980. He was a Professor at Southern California Institute of Law, 1987-1989. He has been an active Member of the American Bar Association and the America Association for Justice.
Mr. Ring has tried many cases in both State and Federal Courts, as well as handling numerous arbitration's before the NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE, INC., the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SECURITIES DEALERS, INC., the PACIFIC STOCK EXCHANGE, INC., and has appeared in both State and Federal Courts of Appeal.
