From 1974 to 1979, Mr. Evanchan worked as a Metallurgical Engineer for the Babcock & Wilcox Navy Nuclear Engineering department after working through College in Sharon Steel Corporation's engineering department. From 1979 to 1987, Attorney Evanchan worked as in-house counsel for various divisions and subsidiaries of the Babcock & Wilcox family of companies negotiating product and construction contracts, settling contract and construction claims and disputes, and managing outside counsel in product liability and personal injury cases brought against the company. In 1987, Mr. Evanchan went into private practice and formed Evanchan & Palmisano LLC., concentrating his practice in the areas of practice below. He brings to our firm his experience in handling product liability, toxic tort (asbestos, silica, benzene, xylene, toluene, vinyl chloride, and welding rod), construction and contracts dispute cases, wrongful death, and other personal injury, automobile, product defect, or construction cases.
