Caring, supportive and knowledgeable staff. Emailed on a Friday night with very little time to prepare for a hearing I was summonsed to in 4 days time. Heard from Zach on Saturday. He was working on my case by Sunday morning, had a gameplan worked out by Monday morning. We won our case. So very appreciative for the caring support and service received from everyone I interacted with from start to finish.
