Gil is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, and the Wyoming Bar Association.
Gil is a frequent speaker on construction topics to contractors and other construction professionals and for a number of years taught classes to contractors on many aspects of construction contracts. Currently, Gil is the co-author and editor of a Colorado continuing legal education publication entitled, “Colorado Liens and Claims Handbook.” He is also the author for the Colorado section of the internet publication, Lien Law Online, which can be found at www.lienlawonline.com.
Gil actively represents clients in a wide range of business, litigation and construction matters. His construction practice includes representation of owners, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in contract drafting and negotiations, mechanic's liens and verified claims, bond claims, arbitration, and litigation involving contract claims and construction issues.
