    Hired Law firm 1996-1997
This lawyer represented me in federal court in the state of Louisiana Western District in 1996 I made a complaint with the lawyers Bar Association in Louisiana District for some reason they felt it hear my plea for justice that there has been a miscarriage of Justice in the federal court Western District of Louisiana with this so call attorney a sheisty of a lawyer he took money from my co-defendant and represented me at the same time trading information with my co-defendant to make me plea out in a federal case when I took my case back to the federal district of Western Louisiana on Traverse I walked into a kangaroo court not knowing that Daniel Stanford and the rest of his sheisty Collies has plotted and planned it the outcome of his victory he showed up with another lawyer to defend him from his miscarriage of Justice walking in the courtroom with false documents on a two-wheel dolly didn't have the audacity to say that he represented my co-defendant the attorney I am speaking of is Tracy Brewster who was also later caught up in some shiesty underhanded illegal matters. Daniel Stanford and his partner in crime Tracy Brewster told the courts that he accepted a cashier check from my cold offended and deposit it into his account because attorney Tracy Brewster was having trouble dealing with the IRS he was basically helping out a friend by committing a crime himself hiding money from the IRS for his friend Tracy Brewster. My co-defendant and my co-defendant father both testified in federal court on my behalf both stated that the money was given to Daniel L Stanford to represent my co-defendant while at the same time representing me opposing a conflict of interest and laymen turn he sold me out. At the end of the day I took the stand against my court appointed wishes at the time who was also in kahoot with these attorneys who will not objet to any statement that was being falsely made by Tracy Brewster after the judge see me arguing with my court appointed attorney I took the stand and pleaded my case but nevertheless the judge agreed that there was something wrong with the whole situation of the case but made a statement that my hands are tired shaking my head all I can think of just saying my hands are tied meaning I know you right but there's nothing I can do because I'm Bound by my fellow colleagues Secret. After being defeated by this kangaroo court and Lafayette Louisiana Daniel J Stanford was caught up in a charade of unethical practice he's sold out another client with the pillow talk of the client girlfriend who he charges dropped then got her pregnant and his client got life now this was the straw that broke the camel's back he then turn to drug dealing where he befriended a well-known drug dealer who became Daniel Stanford co-defendant for kidnapping another drug dealer and hold him in the basement of his house shiesty lawyers Daniel J Stanford is from Eunice Louisiana

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
