Mr. Viorst brings over fifteen years of criminal law experience to the practice. He spent ten years in the Public Defenders Office and has tried over 100 cases, from DUI to murder. Mr. Viorst concentrates his practice in personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal defense and civil/criminal appeals.
Mr. Viorst is licensed to practice in the Colorado state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. He has the highest rating from his peers as independently reported to Martindale Hubbell and currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Colorado Bar Association.
