He is a member of the Mobile County Bar Association, the Baldwin County Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association. Mr. Irvine is a member of the American Association for Justice and is admitted to practice in both the Fifth and Eleventh Federal Circuit Courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Alabama and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana. He is listed in the 2008 and 2009 Alabama edition of Super Lawyers in Business Litigation.
Mr. Irvine is actively involved in raising his four children and takes great pleasure in their participation in football, basketball, soccer and cheerleading. Mr. Irvine served on active duty in the U. S. Army as a Captain during Operation Desert Storm.
