Pamela Liosi has nearly 20 years of experience handling personal injury matters. Formerly a partner with an Orange County insurance defense firm, Pamela has a unique perspective which allows her to stay one step ahead of her opponents.
With a track record of legal leadership, Pamela served two terms as President of the Italian American Lawyers of Orange County in 2013 and 2014. She is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, California State Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, and she serves on the board of the Robert A. Banyard Inn of Court as Membership Chairperson. She is currently an Adjunct Professor of Law, teaching Legal Research and Writing at Western State College of Law.
Pamela has been involved in many trial serving plaintiffs including McCabe v. Isom, a two-week jury trial representing the plaintiff in a motor vehicle accident resulting in a $504,000 verdict where the pre-trial offer was less than half. Another case she successfully took to trial - Patino v. McArthur - resulted in a verdict which compensated the client for all of her medical bills, loss of earning, and pain and suffering. The pre-trial offer was only for the amount of her client's medical bills.
