Throughout his career Roe has served the community in various positions, including Magistrate at Summit County Juvenile Court, Senior Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Summit County, Police Legal Advisor and Prosecutor for the Cities of Cuyahoga Falls and Stow, and Director of Administration for the Summit County Sheriff's Office. In the private sector Roe is active in the community.
