Chris Georgoulis is the founding member of Georgoulis PLLC. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, specializing in complex construction, commercial and real estate litigation. Chris represents contractors, owners, sureties, subcontractors and developers in multimillion-dollar construction and real estate matters.Chris regularly handles complex construction cases, litigating affirmative construction claims involving delay analysis, acceleration analysis, and compensation for extra work claims on public and private construction projects, as well as design defect claims.
Owing to his expertise in the construction field, Chris finds innovative and cost-effective ways of resolving matters, often avoiding litigation. He practices before federal and state courts, administrative tribunals and construction arbitration panels. Chris has recently been certified by the American Arbitration Association as a mediator.
