I served as President of the Kentucky Bar Foundation, and was awarded the Bruce K. Davis Award for Bar service in 2014. I have over 40 years' experience and focus my practice in Insurance Defense, including Personal Injury, UM/UIM, Declaratory Judgment Actions, Product Liability, Property Casualty, Slip and Fall, Wrongful Death, Insurance Coverage Disputes and Bad Faith. Additionally, I have done work as a mediator for the past 10 years. I have extensive experience in State and Federal trial practice and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
