Bobby Long was born in Starkville, Mississippi on May 22, 1960. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University in 1982 and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Mississippi in 1985. Bobby has been a member of the Canton Lion's Club for over 20 years and has previously served as President. He has also served on the Canton Flea Market Committee and the Board of the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and Museum. Bobby is also a graduate of the Leadership Madison County Program.
Bobby is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in all State and Federal Courts in Mississippi, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
