David is an accomplished trial attorney with over 30 years of experience and an American Institute of Mediation certified mediator. He has a long track record of successfully representing clients and working with defense counsel and insurance carriers in medical malpractice, birth injury, motor vehicle accident and wrongful death cases.

Having frequently participated in alternative dispute resolution during the course of his practice, David is well aware of its potential benefits and the various concerns and interests that parties usually bring to mediation or arbitration. David has litigated cases throughout the courts of Pennsylvania for over 30 years, and the knowledge that he has gained about the various venues has proven to be extremely useful when helping parties to resolve disputes through ADR.

David has been recognized as one of the “Top Attorneys in Pennsylvania” by Philadelphia magazine, has been named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list, and was selected for the Central Penn Business Journal’s Power List for Personal Injury Attorneys.
