Over the five decades of his practice, Raoul LeClerc has been affiliated with numerous endeavors. He has been a professor at Cal Northern School of Law and taught estate planning and taxation from 1999 to 2014. During the 1970s, he served The State Bar of California on the Executive Council, Conference of Barristers, and on the Executive Committee, Conference of Delegates. He also served as an active U.S. military officer discharged as a captain. Since 1982, Raoul has served as a member of the Butte County Law Library Board of Trustees. His passion for the law has fueled his interest in making sure that Butte County has one of the largest law libraries north of Sacramento, providing resources to the local legal community and public. He is currently a member of the Butte County Bar Association.
