Diana and her staff were very professional and thorough. They were also very nice to me during a very nasty, difficult divorce. Everytime I called to ask questions or get information the staff could not be more helpful! I would recommend her for divorce or general family law such as setting up a Will. She's the best!

Ms. Lynch is very attentive to details, she does a phenomenal job in the court room. She's very good at what she do. I expect nothing but the best representation and I get nothing less. If you would like an attorney that knows her stuff and keep you informed Attorney Lynch will not let you down.

I am a repeat client of Diana's. My second case handled by her was a difficult case containing many layers, and one that many other attorneys were not willing to take on. Diana was never hesitant about taking my case head on and preparing me for the risks involved. Her ability to sift through mounds of information to focus on pertinent facts is unmatched. Diana prepared me to take the stand in a fashion that I was unshaken by the opposing attorney's efforts to cross examine me in an unfavorable manner. Her dynamic energy in the court room gave me a winning confidence and that's exactly what happened. Diana helped me to achieve the outcome I was seeking and MUCH more! I continue to be grateful to her and would HIGHLY recommend her for your legal needs. I will continue to be a repeat client. She's well worth the investment and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Diana!!!

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
