Philosophy:
Ms. Otieno's goal is to provide each client with excellent representation. She highly values the trust and confidence her clients place in her, and she works hard to earn it. Ms. Otieno strives to educate her clients on the legal process, and to explain clearly the steps she intends to take in their cases. She believes that this helps minimize the amount of stress and fear that some clients may experience from being involved in a lawsuit. Ms. Otieno believes that each case is unique, and that listening carefully to what the client is seeking to accomplish is crucial to achieving a good result for the individual client. Although Ms. Otieno will work toward settling a case if appropriate, she believes in trying cases where appropriate or when necessary, and works with clients to prepare them for either outcome from the inception of the case.
Ms. Otieno has been complimented by clients on her excellent communication, and she strives to ensure that her clients are never in the dark about what is happening with their matters. Ms. Otieno strongly believes that an attorney should be in regular contact with clients to advise them of the progress on their matters, and to be ready to answer questions as they arise. Simply put, Ms. Otieno believes that clients come first.
