James A. McDonaugh joined the firm in 2001 as an Associate after leaving the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office Narcotics Bureau.

In December 2008, James F. Quinn left the firm after being elected County Court Judge for Suffolk County.

Edward R. Phillips practiced in the area of Real Estate development and Robert L. Weiner litigated Commercial as well as Family Law, but the firm has expanded to include multiple areas of practice.

The firm prides itself as a full-service law firm ensuring clients that it has the ability to take them from the onset of a problem right through trial and if necessary, an appeal.

The firm is well recognized in the Long Island community as one of the oldest partnerships in the County.
