Thanks to his exceptional dedication to aggressively representing his clients’ interests, family lawyer Frank Tournour has successfully represented hundreds of people from East Brunswick and throughout New Jersey. Due to his extensive experience as a certified matrimonial law attorney, he was included in the list called Super Lawyers* for New Jersey from 2007-2019, and his ability to secure favorable verdicts and settlements in a wide variety of cases ranging from divorces and annulment to child custody battles and domestic violence issues is unparalleled.
Mr. Tournour was admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania in 1991 and in the state of New Jersey and U.S. District Court for the state of New Jersey in 1992. From 1991 to 1992 Mr. Tournour was a law clerk to the Hon. John D’Amico, J.S.C., of the Monmouth County Superior Court. Afterwards, he began practicing with the boutique matrimonial law firm of Ulrichsen, Amarel & Eory in Rocky Hill, New Jersey, then went on to head the family law department for A. Kenneth Weiner, Esq., of East Brunswick, New Jersey, prior to establishing his own practice. As a dedicated family law and matrimonial law lawyer, Mr. Tournour is involved with several professional organizations. He currently holds memberships with the Family Law Section of the Middlesex County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Additionally, he is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Middlesex County. Mr. Tournour is also a member of the Middlesex County Assignment Judge’s Family Law Committee and is Vice-Chair of the Middlesex County Family Law Section.
