From its beginning, the firm has concentrated heavily in the preparation and trial of civil litigation with an emphasis on the representation and defense of insurance carriers and their insureds. The firm's defense practice also includes auto, general liability, professional legal, medical and hospital liability, products liability and insurance coverage disputes.
All attorneys in the firm have experience in the area of civil litigation and appeals. Attorneys Hanson, Kawinski, O'Connor and Frangella have extensive experience in the preparation and trial of civil jury cases to verdict. In addition, the firm maintains a general practice of law with a concentration in the representation of hospitals and affiliated health care corporations, probate and estate planning, and real estate.
