Overview
Mr. DiPaolo has practiced corporate, finance and securities law since 1989. Prior to joining Gottbetter & Partners, he was an associate with Dewey Ballantine, counsel for Siemens AG and a Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Lehman Brothers, all in New York City.
Mr. DiPaolo has extensive experience in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities; secured and unsecured borrowings, structured financings, project financings and other financing arrangements; strategic investments, acquisitions and joint ventures; venture capital investments; public company reporting obligations; and corporate governance matters and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Mr. DiPaolo, a native of New Orleans, received his J.D. in 1989 from Tulane Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board, and an A.B. in Classical Languages in 1986 from Harvard College. He is admitted to practice in New York.
