Mr. Lipcon has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1971 and operating his own law practice since 1972. Mr. Lipcon has a Martindale Hubbell rating of AV, the highest rating for legal ability and professional and ethical standards. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Dade County Bar Association, the Florida Admiralty Trial Lawyers Association and is also a member of Mensa.
Mr. Lipcon is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts in Florida, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U. S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas.
Graduating from the University of Miami with a B.A. in 1968 and a J.D. in 1971, Mr. Lipcon is a National Merit Scholar.
