Alan has for over thirty years represented lenders, buyers, and sellers in connection with the purchase, sale, mortgage, zoning and clearance of title to real property. He also represents banks and business clients in connection with commercial lending, commercial leasing and the sale and purchase of companies. Additionally, Alan has actively represented many local developers in all phases of acquisition development, planning and platting of residential and commercial real estate developments in Southern Indiana.

Alan has been married to his wife, Linda, since October 2008, and between them they have six children: Erin (Redding); Nathan; Rachel; Dylan; Courtney (Coots); and Amy (Parker). Although born and raised in Jeffersonville, Indiana, as a "double Gator" he remains a loyal fan of University of Florida athletics.
